My approach
My approach puts you first, honors your experiences, and goes beneath the surface to understand what's really going on. It's flexible—I'm happy to use different methods if they resonate with you. Above all, therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and focused on what truly matters to you.
In one-to-one trauma work, I use the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which prioritizes connection over protocol and helps address deep wounds without pathologizing you.
I see self-understanding as a path to growth. We can use frameworks like Jungian Psychological Types and the Enneagram to clarify personality patterns, relational dynamics, or the mental blocks that hold you back, even in areas like fitness and weight loss.
Dream analysis is a distinctive part of my practice. Carl Jung called dreams a “hidden door” to the unconscious. I offer a shame-free space to explore them as meaningful messages from the dream maker, supporting healing and change.
I also journey with believers who want to examine and deconstruct unhelpful interpretations of their faith without losing what matters most to them.
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d be glad to talk.
