Frequently Asked Questions
How much do you charge?
$150 per hour for in-person or online counselling sessions.
Where are you located? / How does online counselling work?
I offer both in-person and online sessions. For privacy reasons, I don’t publicly share my home-office address here—just get in touch and I’ll provide details once we book.
For online counselling:
You’ll just need a private, quiet space where you can speak freely.
We’ll connect over a secure video platform.
Many clients find online sessions more convenient and just as effective.
Is counselling confidential?
Your confidentiality is paramount.
As I’m not affiliated with the public healthcare system, your information isn’t disclosed to them.
Instead, I am under the supervision of a private practitioner who is a Registered Clinical Supervisor (RCS) with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), ensuring that I maintain high professional standards.
I’ll explain the few exceptional circumstances that require limits to confidentiality in our first session.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes! Evening and weekend sessions are available with advanced booking.
How many sessions will I need?
It really depends on what brings you to therapy. Most people do around six sessions, but we’ll talk about what feels right for you in our first meeting.
Do you work with couples?
Yes, I work with couples and throuples who want to strengthen their relationships, navigate conflict, improve communication, or explore shared goals. My approach is collaborative, helping all partners feel heard and supported.
Do you offer concessions?
From time to time, I also work with voluntary organizations to offer free sessions to their clients as my way of giving back to the community.
